 Price: $32,999 Freakishly large flat panels are a dime a dozen at trade shows, but Sony's big, bad 70-incher isn't just a technology showcase. The KDL-70XBR3 LCD is a real product that's shipping in February and is loaded with a variety performance enhancing features, including an LED backlight, 120Hz refresh rate, and more. While the point of diminishing returns in performance usually takes a toll on large flat panels, Sony claims this set's response time is the best of all its flat panels. If ever bigger needed to be better it's here- you can still buy a pretty nice car for the $33K this sucker will set you back!
